Abstract

Renewable energy technology (RET) projects face many difficulties and challenges during their development process, especially in terms of securing financing. In an effort to address these challenges, the International Renewable Energy Agency has developed different tools such as the Project Navigator, which provides developers with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify and plan a successful RET project, and prepare high-quality project proposals which are attractive to financing institutions.
