Abstract

Damit die Energiewende vollzogen werden kann, müssen Rohstoffe ausreichend zur Verfügung stehen ‐ die Industrie braucht dafür einen verlässlichen Rahmen. Dies darf aber nicht bedeuten, einfach den Status quo bewahren zu wollen. Statt sich auf Technologiefragen und Effizienzsteigerung zu konzentrieren, sollte sich die Industrie vielmehr auch gegenüber Suffizienzfragen öffnen.
