Abstract

This working paper contains a documentation of the results of a workshop that took place at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg on April 25, 2008. Within the workshop intermediate results of the REFINA-research project "Sustainable Land Management in the City of Hannover" were presented and discussed. The university works on the sub-project "Private Fund Model". In detail some aspects of the Public Private Partnership related to the development of brownfields and issues concerning urban development instruments were discussed. Other topics were the public procurement law, the municipal law of Lower Saxony and EU state aid law.
