Abstract

The Whole Institution Approach is a comprehensive approach to foster sustainability institu-tion-wide. Few studies have yet explored how those approaches are used in non-formal educa-tion. This study analyses seven non-formal institutions offering nutrition and food education for adults, highlights specific features of the non-formal institutions that influence its imple-mentation and outlines the potential of the approach
