Abstract

This working paper documents results of a workshop which took place at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg on December 14, 2007, where intermediate results of the research project "Sustainable Land Management in the City of Hannover", subproject "Private Fund Model", were presented and discussed. Issues dealt
with are taxation and corporate law, selection and structure of the fund management, property transactions, integration of cleanup/revitalization firms, and the treatment of subsidies.
