Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) nachhaltig im Unternehmen verankern: eine Herausforderung an die Managementbildung

Research output: Journal contributionsJournal articlesResearch

Abstract

If corporate social responsibility (CSR) is to exceed the ambition of a general philosophy or to be more than PR, corporate sustainability management is required. The organizational change usually necessary to develop a sustainable organization requires specific interdisciplinary management knowledge as well as knowledge about corporate sustainability. Both are not provided by conventional management programmes. This paper discusses the basic study concept of the worldwide first MBA in sustainability management. Exceeding the teaching of factual knowledge, both, general as well as specific soft skills as well as the competence to organize and lead interdisciplinary projects play a crucial role.
