Sustainability and HRM

Following a first study of the subject published in 2009 (Wehling et al.,), a larger research project is in the planning phase with several international collaborators including some of the co-authors of the Wehling et al. paper. This project is still in the forming phase and open to more collaborators. Winfried Zimmermann, Board Member Controlling and HR of Otto Group, Hamburg, has expressed his interest in being a key cooperation partner.
