Das Projekt untersucht in Kooperation mit den Verbundpartnern von MAN, InVivo Tech und Knauer im Unternehmenskontext die Wirkung von psychologischen Interventionen zu digitalen Transformationsprozessen. Ziel ist eine agile Lernkultur in berufsbegleitender Qualifizierung zu realisieren.
