Sarah Elena Windolph has been working as research assistant at the Centre for Sustainability Management (CSM) since September 2008. From 2003 to 2008, she studied economics and business administration at Leibniz University Hanover majoring in marketing, economic policy and social psychology. In 2007, she took part in the Joint Seminar Beijing „International Marketing Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility in a Globalised World” of Leibniz University. Thereupon, Sarah dealt with social security in China in her final thesis.

At the CSM, Sarah Windolph is working in the project 'Corporate Sustainability Barometer' – State of the art and progress of the sustainability management of major companies in Germany as well as the International Corporate Sustainability Barometer which compares sustainability managegement in eleven countries from four continents. Currently Sarah and her colleagues are organizing an edited volume based on the international survey. Following the project, Sarah is working to finish her PhD in the area of implementing and assessing corporate sustainability.
