Research interests
Philipp Sander is a PhD student in the DFG research project »Assistive Media« at the Center for Digital Cultures (CDC) of the Leuphana University in Lüneburg since 2018. In his PhD project he deals with a mediaarchaeological and epistemological analysis of programming languages and integrated development environments (IDE). Questions about the influence of these assistance systems on the programming of computers as well as the accessibility to the computer are the focus of his project. His research interests include the history and archeology of computers, as well as the history and epistemology of computer science.
