Curriculum
Dr. Julia Finsel studied business psychology with a focus on personnel and organizational psychology as well as management and human resources at Leuphana University Lüneburg. In March 2022 she finished her Ph.D. at Leuphana on successful company management of older employees. She has practical experience in operational and strategic human resources management. Since June 2022 Dr. Julia Finsel is working on the Later Life Workplace Index project as a PostDoc at Leuphana University. Her research focuses on organizational practices for older workers - particularly the measurement, relationships with individual and organizational outcomes, and different perceptions within organizations.
