Johanna Baumgardt (M.A.) absolvierte ein sozialwissenschaftliches Magisterstudium an der Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität Greifswald, das sie erfolgreich mit einer Abschlussarbeit zu frühkindlicher Wahrnehmungs- und Handlungsentwickung abschloss. Von 2009 bis 2010 war Frau Baumgardt als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Dozentin an der Professional School sowie dem Institut für Performance Management der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg tätig. Schwerpunktmässig beschäftigte sie sich dort mit der Erstellung von Lehrmaterialien sowie Prozessen der Evaluation und Organisationsentwicklung. Seit 2011 arbeitet Frau Baumgardt als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Kompetenztandem "Vernetzte Versorgung - Grundlagen und Evaluierung psychisch erkrankter Menschen".
