Curriculum

I studied at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Austria (Business Consultancy, specialisation: marketing and sales, management - human resources - organisation), at the University of Vienna, Austria (Teacher's programme with the subjects Geography, Economics and French) as well as the University of Applied Sciences of the Viennese Chamber of Commerce (Human Resources and Organisational Development). In Vienna, I worked for seven years as a teacher at a High school and for five years as a lecturer at the Institute for Geography and Regional Development (University of Vienna) in the context of teaching subject didactics, before I moved to Baden-Württemberg, Germany in 2018. From September 2019 to March 2023, I worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Economics and its Didactics at the University of Education Karlsruhe. Since April 2023, I have been a research assistant in the TrICo-Project (School Development and Leadership) at Leuphana University Lueneburg, Lower Saxony. My work focuses on school development, entrepreneurship (education) and research in the field of school leadership.
