Ilka joined the Centre for Sustainability Management at the Leuphana University Lüneburg as postdoc researcher from July 2018 to March 2022. Her research interest is experimentation for sustainable innovation. This interest is underpinned by a keen interest in tackling the urgency of sustainability challenges through strategic sustainability management. Ilka has published peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has substantial relevant business experience.
