Research interests

I work in the CCP research area knowledge and media history of complexity associated with Prof. Manfred D. Laubichler. My historical and systematic research interests lie in the fields of theoretical philosophy, philosophical anthropology and a complex systems theory of mathematical closure operators.

On this background I investigate philosophical pathways to engage with sustainability issues in terms of normatively operational systems.

I recieved my academic training at the universities of Odense and Aarhus in Denmark. In Aarhus I gained a B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics and a M.A. in Philosophy. Consecutively I studied practical Philosophy and Mathematics in Freiburg where I recieved a PhD in Philosophy with a dissertation on Helmuth Plessner's logic and philosophy of nature in 2017. Since 2015 I work as a research associate in the projet CCP in Lüneburg.
