Curriculum
Franziska Brack is a doctoral research fellow and scholarship holder at the Centre for Sustainability Management (CSM). My research focuses on the interdisciplinary field of organisational psychology and sustainability. My work applies quantitative methods to examine sustainable behavioural change interventions in workplace settings. I investigate how organisations can design effective strategies that foster sustainable practices and contribute to long-term transformation. In particular, I am currently researching how responsibility for environmental and social behaviour is distributed within corporate contexts. Drawing on my background in sustainability and organisational research, I aim for my work to inform both scholarship and practice, ultimately supporting systemic change in which environmental, social, and economic dimensions are more equitably balanced. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in collaborating on a research topic or exploring synergies in related fields.
I hold a MSc in Organisational Psychology & Human Resource Management, a MSc in Politics, Philosophy & Management, and a BA in Business Psychology, with international experience gained while living in China, Argentina, Chile, and the UK.
