Clemens Mader hat mit der Traditions-Safterei Voelkel die Lüneburger Nachhaltigkeitsprofilmatrix erarbeitet. Mit ihr können Unternehmen sich strategisch in Richtung Nachhaltigkeit weiterentwickeln. Mader stellte die Methode in Beratungen und Workshops weiteren regionalen Dienstleistungs-, Industrie- und Handwerksbetrieben vor. Die Handwerkskammer Lüneburg plant, sie in ihr Beratungsangebot aufzunehmen. Mader arbeitete außerdem in Workshops an Methoden zur Zusammenarbeit in Nachhaltigkeitsprozessen. Der Nachhaltigkeitsforscher wurde anschließend Postdoctoral Fellow an der Universität Zürich und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am UNESCO-Lehrstuhl “Hochschulbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung” der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg.
