Gastprofessur „Nachhaltige Landwirtschaft in der Region“ ( 1.3.2013 bis 31.7.2015)
Andreas Pacholski forschte und beriet zu Stoff- und Energieumsätzen in der Landwirtschaft. Wie misst man Emissionen von Treibhausgasen in Biogasanlagen? Wie speichern Ackerböden Kohlenstoffe? Wie lassen sich Treibhausgasemissionen, Nährstoff- und Kohlenstoffbilanzen eines gemischten Schweinemast- und Kartoffelbetriebs bewerten? Welche Rolle spielen organische Dünger, etwa aus Produkten der Gärresteaufbereitung? Fragen wie diese untersuchte der Geoökologe zum Beispiel in Rotenburg (Wümme) und in Püggen im Wendland.
