German Climate Change Mitigation Policy Database 2026

This research data contains 1) a policy database with policy instruments from German federal laws targeting climate change mitigation, 2) a coding guide, explaining the categories assigned during the qualitative content analysis, and 3) a list of all analyzed laws with at least one identified policy instruments.
