This dataset contains subplot-level data (5 measurements per patch) on the diffuse site factor (canopy openness) as measured by SP8 via hemispherical photography and image processing in summer 2023 in all 11 regions.

Variables Description################

*patchLabelBETAFOR: unique BETA-FOR patch label

*dwc:year: year when the measurement was performed

*subplotNr: number of the subplot located in the BETA-FOR patches, numeric from 1 to 5

*diffuse_site_factor: value of the diffuse site factor (canopy openness) as measured by SP8 via hemispherical photography and image processing

*comment: comments about the measurement

*dwc:samplingProtocol: the way how the measurement was performed, in this case by hemispheric photography and image processing

*dwc:measurementDeterminedDate: Date when the measurement was performed

*dwc:measurementDeterminedBy: Name of the person who performed the measurement
