The Later Life Workplace Index – Extra Short Form (LLWI-XSF) enables efficient assessment of nine organizational domains relevant to older employees. Developed in American English and German, it includes one validated item per domain. Data from national samples confirm convergent, discriminant, and criterion validity. The LLWI-XSF offers researchers and practitioners a concise, reliable tool for large-scale surveys and organizational screenings to evaluate age-inclusive workplace practices.
