Vivien Küst

Werdegang

Vivien Kuest is a doctoral candidate at the Chair of Strategic Management. She holds a Master's Degree in Business (Advanced) from the University of Queensland. Here, her keen interest in social entrepreneurship developed and grew further with additional experiences within the social enterprise start-up scene.

Following her graduation, Vivien jointly founded Impact Academy to support social entrepreneurs in Australia in achieving sustainable and scalable impact. Hereafter, she was able to gain additional insights into the international start-up scene by joining the founding team of a leading co-working space in Mexico.

Since August 2018, Vivien is pursuing a PhD at the Institute of Management and Organization, Chair of Strategic Management at the Leuphana University. In her research, she is specifically interested in the qualitative study of phenomena related to

• Hybrid organization and hybridity within Social Enterprise
• Strategic Management of Social Enterprise.
